Return & Refund Policy for PetitePaws

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Non-Returnable Items Perishable goods, personalised items, and sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
